So close we can almost taste it!

on Tuesday, 12 November 2013. Posted in Announcements

Hang in there with us!

Thanks everyone for hanging in there with us! Apologies for our delayed update – the entire WholeSoy team has been chipping in at our new yogurt facility so we can start making yogurt again. It's all coming together but we are all still waiting on an official re-launch date based on our test runs.

Our plan to return this fall had been going on schedule however, we have run into a two week delay just coordinating schedules for some specialty expert technicians that must calibrate the yogurt equipment. Delays are never fun for anyone but we just cannot take short cuts. Every step must be done right to make the quality WholeSoy yogurt you expect from us.

With this minor delay, the plan is that we'll start making yogurt again the last week of November and starting to ship sometime in December. We're doing everything we can to start making your favorite soy yogurt again as soon as possible!

We hope you can understand that all of our preparations now will translate to a more stable supply of WholeSoy in the near future. Please know that the entire WholeSoy team is giving it 150% to get your favorite soy yogurt back onto store shelves the same recipe, same packaging, and of course the same certifications will apply (Organic, Non-GMO Verified, Vegan, Kosher Pareve) not to mention our facility is totally dairy-free and gluten-free!

Stay tuned for our official re-launch announcement here on our blog, Facebook, and Twitter. We will also answer additional frequently asked questions on our blog, and provide tips on how to approach your local retail stores about getting WholeSoy back on their shelves.

Wondering what led up to the unavailability of WholeSoy soy yogurt for so long? Catch up on our blog post that explains it all: Our Very Own Yogurt Facility.

Hang in there - we're so close we can almost taste it!

Sincerely,

The WholeSoy & Co. Team

WholeSoy is proudly independently owned and fiercely dedicated to making the best tasting vegan soy yogurt on the market! All our products are Non-GMO Project verified and use only US grown, single-source, organic soybeans.

write-congressIf you have yet to share the following with us, please feel free to do so now, as the following information helps a whole lot. Just in case your favorite store is on the fence about making space for WholeSoy again in the near future:

 1. Where do you want to see WholeSoy yogurts carried again? Include the name of the store (city & state, if possible), please.

 2. Why is WholeSoy the yogurt for you and/or for your family?

We are eagerly awaiting your return in Bellingham, WA. From what I gather, both the customers and employees are chomping at the bit to get your yogurt back into the two Food Co-op stores. I've noticed there is an empty space in the cold case now that's not being filled, presumably waiting for your product to return.

I live in Dallas TX, and am eagerly awaiting the return of WholeSoy Yogurt at the local Whole Foods stores.
(The Park Lane and Addison stores)

There is very, very, little out there that I can eat and actually enjoy, and WholeSoy does the trick quite nicely.

Love that you guys have been upfront about the delays and timing. Not that I want to wait, but shortcuts ARE a bad idea. Honesty is refreshing and rare in today's money, money, money society. Thanks! I know my little guy will love being able to eat wholesoy products again!
