Where to Find WholeSoy (re-launch update)

WholeSoy Soy Yogurts in (6oz) cup sizes are now available across the country! Updates on where to find WholeSoy! If you still can’t find it - here’s what to do…

We are a few weeks into our re-launch and WholeSoy Soy Yogurts are now available across the country!
So many stores across the country have welcomed us back with open arms – and that's a direct result of you, our wonderful customers, showing stores how much you want WholeSoy back!

Where can you find WholeSoy?

search-retailersWholeSoy soy yogurts are continuing to make their way onto even more store shelves across the country (and in some cases then flying off the shelf).

Our preliminary list of retail stores that are carrying WholeSoy or will very soon:

Whole Foods Markets (Nationally)
Co-ops (Nationally)
Mother's Market (Southern California)
MOM's Organic Market (MD, PA, VA)
New Seasons Market (OR, WA)
PCC Natural Markets (WA)
Dierbergs Markets (MO)
H-E-B (TX)
Central Market - (TX)
Fairway - (NY, NJ, CT)
Jimbo's (Southern California) - just added!
Sprouts (CA, AZ, CO, NV, NM, OK, TX, UT, KS) - just added!
Bristol Farms (CA) - just added!
Lassen's Natural Foods (CA) - just added!
Lazy Acres (CA) - just added!
Wegmans - just added! (MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA)
Natural Grocers - soon! (AZ, CO, ID, KS, MO, MT, NB, NM, OK, OR, TX, UT, WY)
And many more independent natural food stores!

Don't see your favorite grocery store listed above? Not to worry, most of the retail stores that previously carried WholeSoy will eventually restock their shelves with WholeSoy throughout the next several weeks. We have let as many stores as possible know it's time to order WholeSoy again but it will take some retailers more time to make room on their shelf for us.

Note: Like most packaged food items at grocery stores, we do not sell or ship WholeSoy directly to retail stores but go through a 'middleman', known as a distributor, who resells our products to the retail stores they supply. Food distribution is a complex system and unfortunately that means we just don't know exactly which retail stores will carry WholeSoy or when, as the distributor doesn't typically share that information. Besides finding out where WholeSoy is carried from our network of salespeople, we are also utilizing social media (twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and reporting back to you all as we find out!

We're all in this together so please let us know here where you do find WholeSoy!

Request WholeSoy at Your Local Store!

request-wholesoyStill can't find WholeSoy at your local grocery store? Let your store know you want to buy WholeSoy again! (Tip: also try our Store Locator to find a store near you that carries WholeSoy)

Requests directed at retail stores straight from their very own customers is one of the most effective ways for a store to carry WholeSoy again, or any product.

We have compiled a helpful guide to help get WholeSoy back into your favorite store. Note: 24oz tub sizes are coming back soon but are still not available for ordering. Here's how you can help:

  1. Call, or request, in person (most effective), to speak to the "dairy buyer" (sometimes a "grocery buyer") at your local store. A team member can help direct you to the correct person.
  2. Tell the buyer that you would really like to purchase WholeSoy at their store.
(Optional) Provide the UPC number(s) of the flavor(s) you'd like so they can look-up the item in their ordering system. You can even bring a Request Form (USA) with you to the store (or Canada Request Form).

  3. Important! Follow-up with your local store by contacting them via their website contact form. Chain stores in particular pay close attention to online requests.

  4.  Let us know when you've made a request so we can help follow up from our end too.

6oz Cup sizes available now followed by 24oz Tubs

WholeSoy Soy Yogurt (6oz) cup flavors are back using the same certifications, attributes and recipe you have come to love from us! Please note that we are making our 6oz cup sizes first with our 24oz sizes, including Unsweetened Plain, to follow soon after – we'll keep you posted on when you can expect 24oz back.

The only change with WholeSoy is the location where we make our soy yogurts. The formula remains the same for every flavor of soy yogurt flavor as well as the packaging. All the same attributes and certifications apply. The soybeans we use are still certified organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, single-source, U.S. grown and from the same independent farmer that we have worked with since WholeSoy began making soy yogurt back in 1999. We're also still a proudly independently owned and operated company.

Despite the many obstacles we faced when our previous co-packer unexpectedly closed, and the unexpected bumps along the way while building our own dairy-free yogurt facility, we pushed ahead because of the incredible customer and retail support for WholeSoy. Your encouragement, and support from retailers, propelled us forward to make our dream a reality. Thank you!

write-congressIf you have yet to share the following with us, please feel free to do so now, as the following information helps a whole lot. Particularly if your favorite store is on the fence about making space for WholeSoy again in the near future:

1. Where do you want to see WholeSoy yogurts carried again? Include the name of the store (city & state, if possible), please.
2. Why do you choose WholeSoy as the yogurt for you and/or your family?

Thanks for the great update. I have to admit, we're only interested in one thing:

"with our 24oz sizes, including Unsweetened Plain, to follow soon after – we'll keep you posted on when you can expect 24oz back"

As an aside any possibility of getting a Pineapple option?

Can't wait to have your 24 oz. Plain Unsweetened yogurt in my fridge. I used to eat it every day, and have looked forward to your company bringing it back. I am type II diabetic and allergic to milk so this is a good, healthful food source for me. Thanks so much. Local area zip 97045.

I see the natural grocers in Utah will have some in stock soon, but just how soon? When I asked the local store here in St. George, they had no clue. Can you give a better estimate?

I would like to second the vote for a pineapple version, and I would love to see pear as well. Yogurt flavors and taste are one of my last reasons for not going 100% vegan. Yours is the only soy yogurt I actually like. Thank you!

Sooooo excited to have you back! I enjoyed my first cups of yummy, fruity soy yogurt in months this last week at lunchtime everyday. Can't wait to get my hands on the 24 oz. Unsweetened Plain! It's the best alternative to dairy sour cream, or to eat with a little drizzle of honey. Sooo yummy and so versatile! Welcome back. :)

Having the 6 oz cups back is great, but I really can't wait for the 24 oz plain unsweetened!
I'm trying to reduce sugar consumption and really miss the unsweetened plain . . . it's so good in so many ways!
Thank you for keeping us all informed of its return!

Any chance you will be making a plain, unsweetened Greek soy yogurt? I have been going through 1 to 2 large (32 oz.) containers daily! I am a vegetarian trying to eliminate dairy, but can't do it with the amount of yogurt I eat. I had gastric bypass surgery and use the yogurt to crush all my pills into several times daily and regular yogurt just doesn't cut it. I need the thicker consistency. Any other requests for Greek?

It's been 2 weeks since I made the request to Wegmans, Collegeville ,PA store using your request form. But the manager kept saying they had difficulty ordering it. They used to carry whole soy yogurt last year. I also visited a few stores in your list near collegeville, Pa but none of them is carrying whole soy. Do you have a current list of stores in PA area that carry your brand at this time? Thanks!
