sarah-creightonSarah Creighton, in addition to being a busy mom of three vegan boys and a wife to a wonderful husband, is the author of "The Boy Who Loved Broccoli" and another children's book hitting the shelves later this year.  She is also a former fashion designer with an art background turned vegan chef offering home meal deliveries, runs Veggie Kids and works with a team to help overhaul hot lunches in her area school districts. She loves offering advice and recipes to frustrated parents who want to feed their families better.

Brittany Roberts is the witty blue-haired host of The Tofu Guru, an online vegan cooking show and video blog. Began during her senior year of high school, Brittany created the show and accompanying website to combine her love of vegan food with her interests in digital video production and web design. Now a full-time art student living in Boston, Brittany enjoys keeping up with her little show's blossoming popularity and reveling in the fact that her dorm room has a full kitchen.

Her passion for good food and desire to try new ingredients has pushed her along through years of exploring as a baker and cook in her own vegan kitchen. Mimi is currently testing recipes for a new cookbook by Candle 79, New York's premiere vegan restaurant.
